Local/Domestic Shipping
We usually ship via Air21 for deliveries that need to be with you in 1-2 days. You will be given a tracking number and invoice once shipping has been made. When your area is not covered by Air21, we use 2Go or LBC. We also accommodate requests for shipping via OCS.

Here are the rates for Air21 (add 12% R-VAT):

METRO MANILA
P70 - 500g                           
P90 - 1kilo
P95 - 2 kilos
P140 - 3 kilos
+ P20 for each succeeding kilo

LUZON
P75 - 500g
P90 - 1 kIlo
P95 - 2 kilos
P150 - 3 kilos
+ P20 for each succeeding kilo

VISAYAS
P75 - 500g
P95 - 1 & 2 kilos
P160 - 3 kilos
+ P30 for each succeeding kilo

MINDANAO
P75 - 500g
P95 - 1 & 2 kilos
P160 - 3 kilos
+ P35 for each succeeding kilo

For areas that are not serviceable by Air21, we use LBC or 2Go. If you have a preferred courier (OCS, JRS, DHL), we also accommodate such requests.

We also accommodate other shipping options (seafreight, trucking, etc). Buyer shoulders shipping and handling fees.


International Shipping
We usually send international orders via EMS/registered post. Charges are computed based on weight. Buyer shoulders shipping and handling fees. You will be given a tracking number (for EMS) and invoice once shipping has been made. Orders usually customers wait for 15 to 22 working days to receive their orders but I have had orders getting to customers within a week from shipout!

We use DHL to ship cosmetics abroad (soaps, lotions, creams only). Please ask us for a quote.

Damage to Goods in Transit
Please note that we will not be held responsible for goods damaged in transit as this is beyond our control, although we take care in packing items based on category/breakability.

Customs Declarations
Please note that buyers will shoulder any customs duties and taxes levied on items upon reaching their respective countries.
